What if my holiday plans have to change?

Peace of Mind Guarantee

In these unpredictable times, we understand that booking a holiday for some point later in the year can raise some questions, especially if there are travel restrictions. Recognising that flexibility is key here, we have reviewed our policies for 2021 and are pleased to offer the following Peace of Mind Guarantee for all new bookings made up to 30 April 2021.

Changes due to travel restrictions

If you are prevented from travelling, due to official restrictions imposed by your government, Flexitreks will offer the following options:

1.  Defer your trip to a later date in 2021*

2.  Change to an alternative trip in 2021**

3.  Cancel and get a full refund within 21 days of tour start date.

* No amendment fees but new tour price would apply.
** New tour price would apply plus any non-refundable costs incurred for the original tour.
