A stunning archipelago nestled along the coastline of Croatia in the Adriatic Sea, the Dalmatian islands form a captivating mosaic of natural beauty. Comprising over a thousand islands, only around 50 of which are inhabited, this region is absolutely perfect for an island hopping bike-and-boat holiday.
Characterized by their distinctive rocky terrain, azure waters, and lush vegetation, the Dalmatian Islands boast a unique and diverse topography. Each island holds its own allure, from the larger, more populous ones like Brač and Hvar to the smaller, secluded gems like Vis and Korčula. Olive groves, vineyards, and fragrant lavender fields paint the landscapes, while quaint villages with stone houses exude an old-world charm.
In our opinion, there is no better way to enjoy the timeless beauty of these islands than from the saddle of a bike.
On a Dalmatia bike and boat cycling holiday you'll disembark on a different island each day and enjoy relaxing, guided bike rides designed to showcase each island's unique beauty and highlights..
With a perfect blend of natural wonders and cultural treasures, this archipelago is a testament to the allure of the Adriatic and the timeless beauty of the Croatian coastline.

These rides are particularly recommended for newcomers to cycling holidays and for families.
Our leisurely cycle holidays will suit those who are reasonably fit through regular exercise of one kind or another – not necessarily cycling. On the whole, the terrain will be level but there may also be a few small hills to contend with along the way too. Daily rides will typically take around 3 – 4 hours to complete.
Our moderate cycle holidays are for regular cyclists, who are used to longer rides with regular climbs. A good level of fitness is needed and you can expect to be in the saddle for between 4 and 5 hours each day.
These holidays are for seasoned cyclists who cycle long distances regularly and who enjoy the thrill of long days in the saddle. There will undoubtedly be some challenging climbs along the way and you can expect to cover between 55 and 75 miles each day.
