The islands of Pašman, Ugljan and Zlarin offer relaxing cycling with stunning views and plenty of swimming opportunities along the way. You'll also visit the island town of Promošten and cycle on Šolta, a quiet agricultural island where lavender and rosemary perfume the air.

Besides the daily cycle rides there will be plenty of time to relax on board and regular swim stops offer the unforgettable experience of swimming directly from the boat in the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic Sea.

The guided cycle rides cover between 11 and 22 miles along mostly asphalted quiet lanes and minor roads. The terrain is always undulating so you will have some climbs to contend with but these are mostly quite short.

Day 1 : Trogir – Rogoznica

On arrival at Split Airport take a short taxi ride (or public bus) the 3 miles to the port of Trogir. After checking in, between 2pm and 2.30pm, at about 3pm we cruise a short distance up the coast to the pleasant port town of Rogoznica. After dinner step ashore for a nightcap in one of the many quayside bars.

Day 2 : Vodice - Murter Island- Telašćica Nature Park
16 miles/26 kms

A morning breakfast cruise up the coast delivers us to the seaside city of Vodice. Here we disembark with the bikes for the first ride of the week. Our guides lead us first to the island of Murter, which is attached to the mainland via a short lift bridge at the pleasant little town of Tisno. We traverse the island, passing through a couple of old coastal villages along the way, before re boarding the boat at a small jetty near Slanica. We then embark on a spectacular and truly memorable cruise through the Kornati National Park, an archipelago of sparsely populated islands surrounded by incredibly clear waters, rich in marine life. We disembark at the Telašćica Nature Park for a short stroll through a pine forest to take in the stunning cliff views and the picturesque salt lake. We overnight at a nearby mooring in this serene and beautiful place.

Day 3 : Dugi Otok Island - Brbnj - Zadar
19 miles/32 kms

After breakfast we disembark for an enjoyable ride along the length of Dugi Otok island. Incredible sea views of the surrounding archipelago abound as we cycle along a quiet road through the spectacular scenery. We meet the boat at Brbnj and then cruise across to the mainland to the fascinating ancient port of Zadar. For centuries Zadar was the capital of Dalmatia and over 3000 years of history are contained within its fortified walls. During a walking tour you’ll explore the narrow flag-stoned streets of this atmospheric town and learn more about its colourful history. Don’t miss the ingenious sea organ on the quayside. The boat remains moored in Zadar port overnight.

Day 4 : Ugljan and Pašman Islands – Vodice
20 miles/33 kms

The day starts with an enjoyable breakfast cruise across the strait to Preko where we disembark for the day’s ride on the quiet islands of Ugljan and Pašman. The islands are connected via a short, elevated bridge which offers lovely views across the water to Dugi Otok. Easy riding on waterside lanes and paths is the order of the day and this pleasant ride also takes in small fishing villages and towns that punctuate our route. In the afternoon we re-board the boat for a cruise to the Vodice and this time we will overnight in this bustling little port town.

Day 5 : Vodice – Skradin - National Park of Krka 22 miles/35 kms

After breakfast we disembark with the bikes for today's memorable adventure. The guides lead us inland to the beautiful port of Skradin. This gorgeous little place sits on a particularly wide stretch of the Krka river which makes it feel like a seaside town. We leave the bikes on board the boat, which has made it's own way up the river to meet us, and journey further upstream on a small boat to the stunning Krka waterfalls. Here you can explore this natural wonder at your leisure – even going for a dip in the clear fresh water if you like. We return to Skradin in the late afternoon and enjoy an evening moored in this picturesque little place.

Day 6 : Skradin - Šibenik – Primošten
17 miles/28 kms

In the early morning a breakfast cruise takes us back downstream towards the sea. We moor in the historic port of Šibenik and step ashore to explore the ancient town on foot. The narrow, winding, flagstoned alleys are a joy to explore and sooner or later you will arrive at the Cathedral of St. Jacob, the most beautiful sacred building on the Adriatic Coast. Once back on board the crew cast off and we cruise down the coast to the peninsula town of Primošten. This picturesque place seems to float in the Adriatic and is attached to the mainland via a shor narrow causeway. Our relaxing afternoon ride leads us down the coast to the the marina town of Rogoznica and back. The boat remain moored in Primošten for the night.

Day 7 : Šolta Island – Trogir
11 miles/16 kms

We cruise to the pretty island of Šolta for our final cycle tour that traverses this serene island, passing fragrant lavender and rosemary fields to the quaint port of Grohote. A late afternoon cruise brings us back to Trogir for the final evening at the ship’s home mooring adjacent to the lovely old town. Lose yourself in the maze-like alleys of the ancient port and enjoy an ice cream or cold drink at one of the many open air cafes.

Day 8 : Trogir - end of trip

After breakfast its time to disembark, by 9am, and head for home or your next adventure.

Bikes

Regular bikes provided are modern alloy framed hybrid models with 21-24 speeds. The bikes come equipped with a pannier.

Electric bikes are also available.

We suggest you bring your own helmet for safety and hygiene reasons. A very limited number of helmets are available on board and must be pre-booked at the time of booking. It is mandatory to wear a helmet.

Accommodation

San Snova (superior)

The San Snova is a gorgeous motor yacht built in 2009. Constructed entirely of oak she exudes comfort, elegance and style attracting many repeat customers each year.

She has 14 cabins, 11 of which are on the above deck and 3 cabins are on the lower deck. The above deck cabins consist of six double cabins with a small double bed and five triple cabins with a small double bed and a single bunk bed. On the the lower deck there are three triple cabins with single beds. All cabins feature en-suite shower/wc and are equipped with individually controlled air-conditioning, mirror and hair dryer.

A cosy saloon, covered deck and large sun-deck are also features aboard this impressive boat.

Meals

A buffet breakfast and one or two warm meals are provided daily. The meals are prepared by the on-board cook who uses locally sourced fresh ingredients. The catering consists of 2 days of full board (breakfast, lunch & dinner) and 5 days of half board (breakfast and lunch or dinner).

Dietary requirements: If you have special dietary requirements, it is important you indicate this when you book or enquire about it before you book.

Vegetarian meals are available, but we need to know in advance. In all other cases we will need to check if it is possible. In most cases a fee for preparing special meals will be charged. This mainly applies to lactose, gluten-free or vegan meals and is €70 and is to be paid when you board.

Getting there

Fly to Split airport and then transfer by taxi to Trogir, 6 kms away. There is also a public bus service connecting the airport to Trogir.
