Discover wild, remote beaches and coves, washed by crashing Atlantic rollers. Overnight in sleepy fishing villages and historic towns.
Bookended by two iconic cities, the Silver Coast, between Porto and Lisbon, is probably the most popular stretch of coastline for leisure cyclists and we offer a number of options along this very popular route.
To the north, the scenic Portuguese Camino route leads cyclists from Porto, across the border into Spain and on to the pilgrims' town of Santiago de Compostela.
Further south, our relaxing, get-away-from-it-all route to Cape Vincent on the western tip of the Algarve is guaranteed to recharge the batteries.
Finally, another option is to leave the coast and spend a few days in the glorious Alentejo countryside, near Evora, in a charming ranch-style guesthouse. Daily rides into the surrounding countryside reveal cork-tree groves, vineyards, flowering meadows and medieval, hilltop towns
","Portugal ticks a lot of boxes when it comes to leisure cycling holidays. A pleasant climate all year round, coupled with an impressive cycle path network designed to showcase the stunning Atlantic Coast. Add to this the chance to explore the historic and fascinating cities of Porto and Lisbon and it's no wonder more and more cyclists are choosing Portugal for their cycling holiday
